Unprofessional. I Ordered a specific battery for a handycam and they informed me that it is going to be available during the day and i should wait for their call so i can pick it up. I called them an hour before the shops were closed and they said that they don’t have it. I was never informed and lost my chance to film for a specific job. Thanks
