I have placed an order for more than two weeks, which I have not received it yet. I have contacted them many many many times, and they still have no idea what happened to my shipped package. Their excuse is that there is a delay due to the pandemic. They blamed easy mail (courier service) and vice versa. So, I asked to cancel the order, and I am still waiting to get the refund. In the meantime, I placed an order to another website, and I received it immediately. Long story short, I will not rebuy anything from them! I am disappointed with their services, including the call centre!

Their '\service and repair'\ department is only for simple things! I wouldn't try giving them anything that is little bit more sophisticated to repair. I personally made this mistake twice over the years. A printer and a laptop, both 3 years old, that needed parts changed, came back with assurances that they are repaired. Of Course they weren't. In both cases i had to pay for service and the cost of the parts needed. It would have been simpler for them to admit that its not easy to be repaired.
I send a click away but I didn't get the mail for the hour that I am going to go I call 4 times and I was in stand buy for 20 minutes

The reason I'm posting this publicly is for future customers to know what Cosmodata thinks it's a good way to apologise: you get what you asked for about a month later and they give discount only for the extra shipping fees. Made an order on April 9th, a 24'' screen to work from home. I got the courier tracking number 4 days later, but the courier couldn't trace anything. Then Cosmodata told me they sent it with another courier company. I called the other courier company, they couldn't find it. Cosmodata told me it takes some days. Eventually the 2nd courier company found the tracking number on their system, but they told me Cosmodata would send them the parcel. Cosmodata told me the courier company will take the parcel from them, but the courier company insisted they Cosmodata would deliver the parcel to them. After countless hours of calling and waiting for Cosmodata and 2 courier companies, Cosmodata registered a new order under my name with a 3rd courier company and told me it'd take another 10 days. I was always pretty calm as I run my own business and I understand the high traffic issues and staff not being honest when they've done mistakes. But I asked for a discount, I thought I really deserved it. They told me that the 3rd courier company is 9 euros more expensive than the initial courier fees, but they'd leave it at the same price for me. And that was their discount. On April 24 they told me I'd get my screen on May 1st with no real discount. So I guess 1 star is more than enough, thank you very much.
