Good workout floor (4).Trainers are friendly and helpful (5). Pool far too small with only 4 lanes (1). Two are often used by a water aerobics class. You have to wear a swim cap to enter while there is no other control for what is going into the water. Hot tub is barely a warm bath (1). No chance to really soothe muscles and stretch after a hard workout. Steam room is decent, but small(4). At least they found the temperature gauge to run this correctly. Towels should be dropped off in the locker rooms rather needing to haul them upstairs to the front desk (1). Locker rooms are tiny, almost an afterthought(1). Most people have to walk past the entrance door to go from lockers to showers. Not enough bench space for people to get dressed. Parking ramp is good in this very crowded neighborhood (5).

Amazing gym that has pretty much everything. Closed pool and a jacuzzi in front. Also it has an excellent spa with fantastic treatments.

One of the few good gyms available right now. Clean with good equipment and quite enough classes to cover your training needs. I only wish that trainers were a bit more involved with people and not just stay all the time behind their little desk at the training floor (free weights area)

Best gym in town! Spacious, Clean, Excellent equipment, First class Group classes, huge swimming pool...and on the plus side: marvellous bar with healthy snacks and drinks for after workout relax!!!

Ah... nice establishment, but if you have a trainer calling you on Sunday night to try sell you extra service that’s not good, that’s desperate and not professional. People have to learn to be professional in their jobs. Group classes are boring, but if u don’t need a trainer free weight room is pretty good.

I work in the hospitality/real estate industry, I am also an olympic swimmer so I have a lot of experiences with athletic facilities. While the facility its self is decent the customer service is beyond unacceptable. The blatant lack of common sense and lack of respect for the customer is appalling.

My favorite place!!!! This is a very good facility, especially I like private showers. There is also a small sauna. When children come in the morning, it is better to avoid them because they are crowded. The staff member does not explain everything. I lost my money because my staff did not explain it correctly. Staff did not seem to be managed compared to facilities or programs, but it is the best facility with a pool nearby.
