Nikos is probably the best trainer i have worked out with. And I have tried a lot!!! He is super into his job and is very detail oriented. He knows his stuff and keeps up with the latest fitness research. He has a way of understanding what your body needs and explains it to you.

11/10 The gym is perfect for first-timers and seasoned athletes of all ages. Nikos and the rest of the crew are TOP, they are very experienced in athletic science, and specialise in a wide range of exercise practices. They always keep an eye on you, so you'll never be left unattended. The machines & equipment are in excellent shape, and the gym itself is disinfected regularly on a daily basis; dont forget to bring a towel! Finally, there are no strangers here, just friends you haven't met yet
Best place to be for gym or fight sports! You should try for sure!

My english skill is not good enough to describe how great and awesome this studio is!! This is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my husband feel soooo lucky that we meet this gym in Greece. All the staffs are super helful, professional, caring with warm hearts. My hb has been taking PT class for 8-9months so far. And he made a lot of progress with his teacher!!! Staffs in this gym have a deep understaing and knowledges of what they teach. I also take the classes in here (ex. yoga etc.) and also very satisfied with teachers. Great quality of the classes with various choices. I also like that they have mirror walls so i can see how i am doing. It has been 8 or 9 months so far since we enrolled. And we still get excited before go to the gym and satisfied everytime after the PT or class.
Nice group of people here. Great start for a healthy robust lifestyle. Strengthen your body and mind following a tailored schedule. I totally recommend Health Studio!
