Flew from Dallas, TX in September 2019. This trip to this clinic was worth every penny as I came back pregnant and have beautiful baby boy. I have recommended this clinic to all those who are unable to conceive naturally and would definitely go there again should I decide to have another IVF treatment. Thank you for letting me become a mummy
In fact I am referring to Iakentro clinic in Tirana, Albania. The worst management ever seen, they just take your money and do not make their job, they don't care about you at all. The manager Arlinda Kola is a real thief. So disappointed!!!!

Worst service we ever had. Even if you make an appointment you have to wait up to 2 hours, personnel didn't explain anything about process. After you pay money, they forget about you completely. My wife had very serious problems with her health after IVF in Iakentro and was hospitalized urgently in another clinic for surgery.
Alkmini Pantiou ! i had an interview on 23.01.2019, 12:00am. 45 min of waiting, absolutely no attention, not even bothered. although miss Alkmini Pantiou was watching her computer all the time. Congratulations for your good service, never again! (i had previously an interview in October with d.Prapas). Respect people and respect people's time!
