Carine has treated me a couple of times for different issues with my back and leg! She is always very helpful with her treatments and tips and exercises to do home. Her space is lovely and calming and she has a way to make you feel at ease and relaxed! You’re definitely in good hands !

I saw Carine a couple of months ago for some severe lower back pain I was experiencing---I could barely even lay down comfortably much less walk around. She first gave me a therapeutic massage and re-adjusted my pelvis which had somehow gotten stuck. It almost immediately felt better! The next time I saw her, she performed a reiki therapy on me. She also provided me with some helpful tips on how to stretch and move so that if it happens again, I am better prepared. I've since been moving and sitting more mindfully and the pain has almost gone away entirely. If I've been walking/sitting/traveling for a long time, the pain only comes back a little bit compared to what it was before. When that happens, I do some of the stretches she showed me, and it helps. Thank you, Carine!

She welcomes you with confidence and warmth and makes you feel immediately at your ease so you can explain exactly what the problem is. She spares no effort to determine a diagnosis and proceed with physiotherapy, which is tailor-made to deal with your issue. When massaging, she seems to know exactly where to relieve your pain.
