I ordered the English breakfast and it was delicious. They served their take on it which was nice and light. My partner ordered the dome special breakfast and the pretzel bread was savoury with avocado and cream cheese, it even came with Nutella pancakes. The server was lovely as well. I would come back here.

The waiter spilled the cocktail on me the second he put it on the table. Not to mention that a second waiter broke a glass at the table next to ours less than 5 minutes later. So it's clear how "good" the service was. And no, the cocktail was not on the house, to make up for the damages at least. The only one who really helped us was the Shisha guy, who explained the flavours and answered all questions we had. Unfortunately, this couldn't make up for the poor experience I had. The drink is decent, but you can get a decent drink at any other bar, with much friendlier staff and nicer atmosphere. Long story short: don't waste your time and money there.
Good food for an island struggling with covid restrictions and lack of cash flow in their business. Come support these people. Good atmosphere and nice staff that try hard to please customers.
Leaving this review in English for everyone to read: Classic tourist trap, like many in the center of Heraklion. Don't waste your money there, there are numerous places around this park with superior service (e.g. News cafe). The owner is the extremely rude with a "I own everything" type of attitude. While the food and coffee were mediocre the prices were kind of expensive. You can find better quality and value around the area. Additionally, while you "enjoy" your stay you can watch the owner being offensive towards people chilling at the public park in front of his cafeteria. I cannot even imagine his behavior towards his employs ... they were just rolling their eyes during his public freak-outs. Avoid this place, it is a disgrace....
The staff is rude, and the owner harasses bypassers. We were at the park nearby and he sprayed us with a hose. Not exactly a pleasant experience..
This is the place to finish or start a good night. Great choice of shisha. Brillant service !
