Super service and no frills rental company. Cars are fairly new and reliable. Service is super, they brought our car to the ferry (thx Anita!), and if you do some paperwork yourself (fill out forms before you arrive) you get the car super quickly. What is also good: no upselling of insurances etc. Reliable, honest, no nonsense.

I am blown away by the service I received at Rental Center Crete. To start with, the website is easy to navigate with unbeatable prices and no nonsense insurance. The pick up from the Airport was smooth with a great interaction with the representative (I am so sorry I can't remember your name). We felt safe at all times with Covid-19 guidelines strictly adhered to. The car was clean inside and out with all, (very slight) damage pointed out, while the rep advised us to take photos for our records. The car itself worked flawlessly without a hiccup as it was obviously very well maintained. Lastly, the drop off procedure was stress free, again with an excellent interaction with the rep. All in all this was a flawless experience and I will be using Rental Center Crete for our further holidays to this wonderful island. I suggest you do the same.

Excellent customer service. Really easy website and immediate payment receipt delivery. We were collected from Arrivals immediately. Very helpful gentleman in the office. Quick and easy admin - on our way in under 10 mins. Brilliant service all round. Would definitely use Just Rentals again. Great worry free driving with the all inclusive policy. Great fuel policy - no requirement to pre-pay fuel. Is there a returning customer loyalty system? A great experience with Just Rentals. Thanks. Rob

From booking to return both the service and vehicle were excellent. Collection of the vehicle was easy and efficient. The staff on both occasions were polite and very friendly. The insurance is excellent with no need for extra gap insurance. The car was clean, new and could not be faulted. I would recommend to both friends and family without hesitation. Thank you.

This is how car rentals should be. Easy and fast pick up (it wasn't a problem that we picked up the car early). Friendly staff. Clear explanation of cover and everything you need to know. Location was a very short walk from the airport which was easy. Drop-off went just as easy. We dropped off at a different location (port instead of airport). Staff was waiting for us at the agreed time. Everything went smooth. The car was clean and had been disinfected (covid-19 and all that). We picked this company because of their excellent ratings. And we will add a very deserved maximum score again.

I have chosen this rental company based on the excellent reviews. First I was thinking that I can get a better price with some other companies. But in the end you find out that you can save some money but with much more hassle (credit card, insurance, money blocking on your account etc.). Here you just pay the rental on the begin of the trip and go. All other rental companies in the world should work like that and renting cars would be immediately a pleasant thing :-)

tried lots of different car hirers. this one most of work done online. you turn up to pick car up and you are gone within 3 minutes, no messing around. great cars. used this company twice now and wouldn't use another. another bonus is no credit card needed. first class service
