I attended day skipper course and I loved it. I recommend it highly, as it is better than any other sailing experience. It's fun, you learn a lot, you are in a small group, so the instructor has a lot of time with you. Our instroctor Angelo is great! And he was also always available for questions and when I needed additional explanation. I love his sentence: \Sailing is art!\ All together it was a great LIFE experience and I am hardly waiting to get back on First and join the crew for more training.

When coming to 7 Seas Sailing you are joining a family, after my first week late in August I decided immediately to take another week of holiday and spend more time with the crew. Angelo is a great instructor, strict when teaching and a great companion for evenings in the tavern. 7Seas is not only about getting a license, it’s about raising a sailor, everything from skills and instincts at sea, to knowing places where the wind brings your boat. I absolutely recommend the experience to both first timers on and seasoned sailors.
I did a day skipper course in July 2020. I had a great time, meeting wonderful people and learning a lot about sailing! Before starting the course a had a personal talk to the owner of the school who gave me a very good overview over the theoretical but also the practical experience I can take from this course. The instructor was very competent with more than 20 years of experience on a boat. I would highly recommend the seven seas school!
It was a great sailing experience: in just one week I learned a lot, had fun, met amazing people and got to swim in crystal clear waters at all times of the day, even under the full moon! The instructor Angelo made it all great fun and always had tips for us where to go for food and experience authentic Greek culture. Highly recommend seven seas for everybody interested in sailing, no matter if you want to learn or just relax.
I arranged to do a PB2 course, and gave them 2 months notice of the date I wanted. A few days before I get told they can't do it because they didn't have enough people, and I only knew this because I was chasing them up. I understand that there may have issues because of covid but these weren't communicated in advance and they could have told me before I chased them. Overall the communication was very bad and they are unreliable.
Great day skipper course, I can recommend to anyone who wants to go to the next sailing level! Very professional and experienced team based in Athens, happy with the RYA schedule and the course boat (Beneteau First), the theory and the practical skills. I learnt a lot in just a week in a digestible manner. Not to forget the pleasure of sailing the wonderful Greek islands!
