Tasty food, nice wine and fast service from polite staff. Quite busy for a December evening and we believe they are open all day. Excellent traditional food at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and great service. Worth finding it as it is close to the bus station and the market. Great outdoor seating, great food, great people!

This place is second to To Rolla in the hart of the old town. Great outdoor seating, great food, great people! Visited after a local frield's recommendation and I can say he was right. VERY low prices.
This place offers the best pork in Kalamata. It is famous and had been here for many many years. Every thing I come to Kalamata I have to enjoy their pork with crispy roasted skin. I have tried to cook pork the same way in my charcoal Weber but alas, I cannot achieve this crispy skin texture. All their dishes are superb. They offer a limited number and they excel in them. I really cannot say more; they are the best.
I am still at the place, eating the delicious food they make. I just had to comment. It's THAT good.
Amazing food (roast pork and Greek salad) and very good service
I have been there several year ago I still remember the pork and a special salad called portulaca. I discovered this thanks to my ability in finding good restaurant without guides. Look forward to go back to kalamata just to visit this great typical restaurant
Very good food in general but mainly its gournopoula which is Kalamata's specialty. Ambience is fine, very simple and old school, location is on a main street so it may be busy and noisy but the food is worth it really. Visited after a local frield's recommendation and I can say he was right. VERY low prices.
the best piglet in Kalamata. Crunchy and tasty... Rest of food too.. visiting the shop is a must, if you ever find yourself in Kalamata city...
