My dog had an issue which required urgent examination by a Vet and I called Hospetal for the first time. They told me that I can come but will have to wait 40min approximately. Indeed it took this time for my dog to see the Doctor. The care that my dog had was at the right level. Somehow expensive though. Staff is professional and friendly.

CON: Heavily overpriced, long waiting time, didnt tell us which medicine they gave our cats, will screw you if you dont speak greek PRO: Open on the Weekend, english speaking staff We found three sick kittens close to our home (all live with us now and are healthy) and went to Hospetal for treatment. Waited 2hours and then were told they need to take bloodtests (for 100) whicht turned out to be completely useless. One needed a surgery for which they wanted to charge us 400 as that was way too expensive we went to another vet which in the end did a wonderful job and only charged us 80 for the surgery. They make money with scared pet owners, thats it.
My dog had a very high fever at 1:00am Saturday, so I called them to ask what to do and to see a Dr. As soon as possible. They told me they weren't able to see me until 4am. Also told me to look for another vet hospital! Luckily I found another hospital in Paiania and lucky she did not die.
My dog was bitten by another dog and for 4 weeks straight I have been going back and forth to the vets at Hospetal. They are very patient and kind to both pets and owner. My dog had a surgery and they treated him with the highest care and priority. I returned every other day to change bandages and clean the wound and they were clear about the charge before doing anything, I was never charged anything extra or unexpected, they are very transparant. I am very satisfied with the services provided and happy my dog will be alright.
We brought our cat with severe stomatitis, fever and a fall from the balcony. They did whatever they could to help her and discuss with us options and treatments. They were very polite and tried to accommodate us with whatever we asked. One thing is (as with all doctors) that y need to be on top of things and ask questions.
The people over there don't care about your pets . Only care how much they will charge you When you calling for emergency case and waiting for the Dr.. To call you back more then 3 hours not even one call ..very bad .. I don't recommend this hospital.
Today I have just lost my very best friend, Ciko. I was referred to this hospital by his doctor. Once we arrived, we informed that he was very ill and could not move. Without asking,the kind lady, an assistant doctor/nurse, came with me to our car,and took Chico in her arm in. After 3hours,I had the call that he couldn't make it. I was very sad, howeverr the doctor, mr Yiannis Fragkiadakis, sympathetically came to us, and again, he analytically explained the situation. Im still in the mourning stage, but I know that the last minute in his life he was in the good care. Mr Fragkiadakis, not only a professional, he is above that, he works from his heart.
Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση με ακατάλληλο προσωπικό που αγγιζει τα όρια της επικινδυνότητας. Πήγα το ζωάκι μου (γάτα) σαν έκτακτο περιστατικό και έγιναν κάποια ράμματα στο πόδι του. Δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση για τα φάρμακα που χορηγήθηκαν καθ όλη τη διάρκεια της συνεργασίας, κάθε φορά άκουγα και διαφορετικές εκδοχές για την υγεία του ζώου. Ακομα στο διάστημα της παρακολουθησης του από την κλινική παρουσιάστηκε κάποια δερματοπάθεια και η προσέγγιση των γιατρών ήταν κάθε φορά και διαφορετική. Όταν ζήτησα να μου παραδοθούν οι εξετασεις και τα φάρμακα που πήρε, μου έδωσαν λανθασμένα στοιχεία με πολλες παραλλειψεις. Σήμερα (13/2) ήταν η τελευταία επίσκεψη και έγινε αφαίρεση των ραμματων. Γύρισα σπίτι και το ζώο αιμορραγεί από το σημείο των ραμματων. Επιπλέον στην κλινική δεν τηρούνται τα μέτρα για τον covid-19, έπρεπε να κάνω 2 φορές παρατήρηση στη γραμματεία για να φορέσει τη μάσκα της. Όπως και στην κτηνίατρο για να μην αφήνει το κλουβί μεταφοράς στο πάτωμα.
