Homegrown Surfcraft

Probably the worst delivery company I've ever come across. I have ordered a large package of resin which I use in my business. Knowing full well that Epoxy resin is classified as a flammable/hazardous material, and excepting a package that is marked as carrying such material, KuehneNagel accepted to deliver the package to me from the UK to the island of Crete in Greece. Once the package arrived in Athens, KuehneNagel suddenly remembered they do not poses the needed certificates to transport those materials over sea to any islands. Contacting the company's offices in Athens I have encountered what is probably the worst example of costumer service on the planet. I was told I must find a third party to transport the package to me, at my expense. I was not offered any help, the workers that has spoken to me were some of the laziest, rude, and generally useless individuals in the northern hemisphere. I've yet to receive my package, the UK shipper will probably take the cost of finding a third party that will carry the goods onward. NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Avoid them at all costs.
