Nice, capable people in the TLScontact office, but Teleperformance and TLScontact specifically reeks of an archaic corporation with little concern for the people it serves. Poor website UX, insufficient and poorly designed emails, outdated technology. Not only was my UK visa appointment two hours late, but their system of managing COVID was to have nearly everyone wait outside in the heat.
Old building but well maintained, staff is cool too
not a bad place to work. job can be stressful at times but is enjoyable for the most part
great work ethic by everyone. also a very nice place to work
I had a great stay here and my thoughts are often now with the wonderful people I encountered.
