An amazing shop! Broad selection and a lot of history. The owner, Stelios, is an incredibly kind soul. He took time to open the shop when it wasn’t open, and even showed us his personal sponge museum collection (diving, ship, and historical pieces) which likely rival the collection in other museums. He also was more than happy to tell us places to visit and help us in our tourist confusion. Our visit here was a staple we’ll remember for years.
This is the place to go if you want to purchase real sponges in Greece!! The staff was extremely friendly and informative. Huge selection of any kind of sponge you could need :)
