Even though windy the 2 days we went, the place is amazing! A beautiful small sandy beach surrounded by mountains, and a cool bar & pizzeria. Good music and great pizza. Great for sunsets!

A very beautiful beach, sandy, with waves and a fantastic scenery around! There is much space for people, there are sunbeds with ombrellas and shower. There are waves and fresh air, you can enjoy the beach, the sun and play with the waves. Scenery around consists of two small mountains and they offer hiking path, especially late in the evening. One drives up to Paleokastro hill with the ruins of the ancient city. Saint Sophia basilica church with mosaics is on the foot of the mountain, near to the beach. Over the beach there is one beach bar with excellent view and snacks.

This is the best beach in Arkasa, Karpathos. There's a snack bar with expensive drinks and Glaros the taverna restaurant that has pretty good food and a wide choice. The scenery is incredible as you have a perfect view of Kasos, the neighboring island, and in the far distance, at night, you can see the coastline city of Agios Nikolaos, Crete. Wonderful view! The negative aspect of the beach is the "free beach" area, where there are no parasols owned by the snack bar or Restaurant (7). The sand is unfortunately dirty with small pieces of plastic. The city of Arkasa should clean it up! Anyway, it's a great beach!
Nice sandy beach with shallow and clear turquoise waters. We visited on May in the beginning of the season. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly service at the Karpassion Beach Bar.

Wavy, but not terrible. Ok sand. The taverna a bit on the expensive side.
Nice sandy beach, a bit crowded. There is a little cafe there with some drinks & snacks. Fresh water shower, changing rooms available as well.
