We have a Hienner air conditioner installed which has broken twice during the warranty period. E shop does not replace defective product but rather has it repaired by a local technician. E shop after sale service is horrible as parts ordered to make the repair takes weeks. They are fast to deliver new products but no to send parts for repair. Suggest using a reputable shop if you care about after sales replacement or repair service for defective items.
