Stay away from this place. One of my carpets came back without being cleaned and despite a couple of calls to mention this and to ask for an analysis of what I'm paying for, they never bothered to call back. The lady on the phone claims to have no idea regarding costs and despite assurances that the receipt would mention all charges it doesnt mention anything, not even the number of rugs, just 500 and something Euro for 1 rug. On the phone the lady said she could see I had two hand made carpets ( I only own one) when I mentioned this she claimed to know nothing and that the owner of the company would call me, of course he never did. Basically a rip off.
