Beat4Key’s patent pending invention is a HW biosensor module for wearables and smart devices that provides a new biometric authentication solution based on PCG through the SW product Cardio®. Cardio® takes as input user’s heart sound and processes it to determine if the user is authorized to access the system or to identify a registered user based on machine learning algorithms. User’s biometric signature is kept stored inside the silicon and not in a cloud based server. Cardio® is compatible with virtually all processors based on ARM architecture and guarantees a simple, powerful and cost-efficient way for secure access to wearables and IoT devices.
