The overall experience was great the food was really actually quite good if you like greek cuisine. I ate dinner at the hotel a few times and because it was a buffet there was lots of food to try and I would say it was pretty good but maybe a little pricey. The service was nice as well. During the eight days I stayed there I only were at the hotel for 3 full days even though there were loads of activities at the hotel including the spa, tennis courts and the kayaks which were all free to use. The rooms were spacious too and the a/c worked well during the hot days. There were two different pools for adults and most of the time there was space to swim. If you are going to the hotel's beach you might want to come there pretty early because the sunbeds are all taken quite early in the morning.
The people keep all the meters for the COVID-19 All of the stuff wear masks. The food was very tasty and it was serviced in the room. Definitely we will come back....
Excellent service , everyone working here is really into making your stay nice. Taxi to Nidri is necessary if you want to dine out a few evenings, rent a car if you want to go around Lefkas and look on the beautiful island.
Very nice hotel in a very nice spot on the beach. Very clean. if you want espresso or cappuccino they charge you extra.. There is a kettel in the room but they don't provide coffee or tea.. so what is the point? A bit disappointing..
We had a very pleasant stay for 9 days in August 2020. The staff made us feel welcome, was attentive in courteous. It was great to have all the facilities in one place. The best part for us was the private beach that didn't get overly crowded even during the peak season (albeit Covid-19 probably had some effect on the number of guests). The beach is good for swimming, snorkelling and trying out paddle boards and boats available free of charge. We also were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor yoga studio on the hotel premises - no classes took place while we stayed, but something to consider for the hotel manatement once the pandemic is over. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is well-varied and staff takes all the Covid-19 precautions. We had a car, so would normally go out for dinner, but if you are staying for a couple of days only - the local restaurant is perfectly fine.
We had a super time in Porto Galini. We were upgraded to a suite. We spent most of the time swimming in the sea and made great use of the free kayaks and paddle boards. I also loved that you could borrow a book from the library. Beds were very comfortable and suite was stunning. Not sure if it was worth getting half board, I think it was a bit expensive and would recommend driving into nidri or eating in a la carte restaurant. Staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.
