The story of IrisGold begins in 1973 in Thessaloniki, Greece, as a small family run atelier producing gold jewellery. IrisGold jewellery, can be found in every corner of Greece, is fast gaining an international reputation thanks to our innovative designs and quality products. In 1999, the original IrisGold makes a major change and chooses to leave Thessaloniki and set up production on Thassos Island. During 2002 the "IrisGold Jewellery Factory" opened its doors to the public. Housed in a modern building with a production facility and an opulent exhibition and direct sales area, it has become a tourist attraction with in excess of 50,000 visitors each year. In 2008, IrisGold, understanding the market trends for affordable jewellery, applies their expertise in gold to silver. The creation of unique jewellery collections, which are available in selected stores, instantly gain the trust of the Greek market. During 2009 IrisGold expanded its sales, and took advantage of the boom in internet sales with the creation of our own online store. Further expansion took place in 2012 and 2013 with the creation of two more branches in the capital of Thassos Island, Limenas, the outlets are known as the "IrisGold Limenas Branch" and "IrisGold Outlet Store".
