We rented a car during our family stay in Loutraki this year. From the start, we were happy with their service. Great e-mail contact before we arrived in Greece, easy pick up and release of the car. Sat nav, pick up at our hotel and a map of Athens free of charge. The car was clean and in good condition. Thumbs up and thank you Maria.
We were in contact with the owner of the company through emails for more than a week. We made arrengements and all, they even bothered bringing the car to our place. The day the car was supposed to be delivered (actually only before giving us the keys) the owner notices I'm younger than 23, and thus their insurance won't cover the costs. She just goes away having lost 50 euros and leaving us with no plan for the day. It's not the limitation in itself, but the way we were treated as customers that is aggravating: 1. The only way you can find about this age limit is through their website. They don't even consider the fact that some people might contact them through google maps. 2. We were fooled, since they told us no agency in Greece (the whole country) rents car to people younger than 23. This is obviously false, and you can easily verify it. Again, it's not the limitation in itself, it's just the low level of care they put into business. Isn't the company supposed to make sure you're younger than 23 before making arrengements to deliver the car to you? Anyway, that was our experience.
We got a relatively new car, the stuff is very friendly, they even took us to the train station for free after we returned the car.

Продали экскурсию на корабле по Коринфскому каналу на 16:00. Приехав в порт, услышали от служащего, что якобы из-за сильного ветра рейс откладывается до 17:30. Сейчас 18:18 и корабля до сих пор нет. Но недавно выгрузился целый автобус туристов. Я уверен, что рейс на это время и не планировался, корабль заменили и ждали толпу набить его. Самое омерзительное, что агентство не брали трубку.
Отличная контора. Отдыхали с семьёй в Лутраки, решили проехаться по окрестностям. Обратились в эту компанию по поводу аренды автомобиля. За два дня до поездки забронировали машинку. Пришли с утра, машинку выдали за 5 минут. Досталась Suzuki Celeria, механика, 1-литровый двигатель, 35000 пробег. Стоимость аренды 40 евро в сутки и залог 400 евро (франшиза). Откатали около 200 км. Приехали, сдали машинку, получили залог обратно. При выдаче машины фотографируйте все дефекты автомобиля ( сколы, царапины и т.д.) , чтобы при сдаче машины не возникло проблем. Ну и отдавая машину заправьте бензином до полного бака (выдавали с полным баком бензина).
