Unprofessional and reeks of scam. If you dare to ask questions about costs you'll be labeled "reluctant" and made feel guilty that you aren't willing to spend whatever it takes to get better. This is what scam artists do the world over and this is what I encountered when I called to inquire about the services and the costs. When I asked if they provide receipts for insurance purposes, I was told they don't answer questions about insurance. I said I wasn't asking a question about insurance - I was merely asking for a receipt for services listed on their site. At this point I was told they don't want to work with me because I seemed "reluctant". When does a reputable mental health services provider label their potential patient "reluctant" at raising a question of costs? Only when they are a scam. Be aware. Also, they couldn't quote me an exact fee for a session. A range is what they gave me. A range. Stay away from this place.
