Lyra and friends is a characteristic little bar/tavern, one of the few of Lefkos where you can taste some after dinner drinks. I strongly suggest everyone to pay a visit here, the cocktails are deliciously strong flavoured, the desserts are homemade, very caloric and very tasty (do try the brownies or the ice-cream and fruit cup). The atmosphere is magical, romantic and easygoing, it takes you to a place out of time and you'll discover yourself longing to visit Suzy and her husband. Enjoy your candlelit tables, be lulled by the breathing sea (it's right at your feet) and snap great pictures of the south-east bay. There are also a football table and many board games, if you're feeling competitive. Do share a word or two with the patrons, their kindness and good humour add value to the place.
Great snacs for lunch, great drinks for evening. Home made cakes. Best in Lefkos for evening stay with friends or loved ones.
Nice location and friendly waitress, but the food was bad. Way to much salt on the calamari, fries and even on the fried fish, which is already salt by itself. We pointed out the issue but no sorry or solution. Too bad because there are so many different ways a restaurant can solve a situation like this. But they chose to ignore the issue without any solution or apologies.
Excellent lunch prepared with lots of love, attention to detail and a modern approach to cooking. Great atmosphere and super friendly service. Highly recommended.
