Pointless contacting this agency, and feel sorry for anyone using them to sell their property. Have contacted them on three separate occasions, to view a specific property. Left both my mobile number and email and never heard back from anyone, over a two week period. Just called again, and was told, again to leave my contact details. I refused and asked to be put through to someone to make an official complaint, and was told this was not possible. Why pay agents when they are being actively obstructive?!
