Good hospital they have an infatuation with the best place to work award they got. I can tell you they have many unhappy employees. They accept Tricare insurance which is good and medicare/medicade. They do a good job most of the time. Their nurses are sub par for such an expensive hospital.

Highly recommended for asymptomatic travelers that need their negative COVID PCR Test prior to boarding. Very fast service at the front desk and the results arrived via email 7 hours later, on the same day!
I am currently at the Isobox and they are not open yet. They are supposed to open at 8.00 AM but it is now 8.20 and they have bot started taking samples yet. People are piling up on the queues, there is no personnel to guide us, no respect for our concerns, we are just sitting here waiting to pay (120). The cashier has opened at 8.00 but all these people that paid are still waiting without being examined. What a great way to avoid places getting crowded! The response of the Reception when I called to inform them nobody has opened the examination isobox (although employees are in the box) was that “well, you are at a crowed es place but it is open air”. I m honestly impressed!
The guards in the entrance... horrible experience, like is their hospital, very low level people, but the services inside are good.
Someone posted this hospital accepts Tricare and Medicare/Medicaid...not sure if that is an accurate review since Medicare and Medicaid in the USA do not pay anything for care overseas. I know my wife and daughter are on Tricare for LIfe (Medicare primary and Tricare Secondary) and since I am retired most hospitals require us to pay up front and then Tricare reimburses afterwards.
Hospital does not follow basic privacy rules and patient rights. It is my first and last visit to this place.
I went to Hygeia hospital to see the gastroenterologist Dr.Thomas Thomaidis for a medical treatment . Although Im a german tourist the communication with Dr. Thomaidis was super easy as hes speaking german perfectly. He was very ambitious and patient figuring out where my complaints are coming from . I'm so grateful i found a doctor like him. Through his fast treatment it was possible for me to keep on travelling. Dr. Thomaidis stayed informed about the progress of my medication until i got completely rid of the pain. I can't imagine a better treatening . Thank you.
Came in from a yacht accident. Excellent services. Doctors of multiple specialists were involved. All very caring and attentive. Latest equipment and knowledge. Given circumstances a very good place to be.
