Expecting our daughter we decide to visit baby city. After checking their products and listening to the staff we were sure that this was the store for us. All products were high up to max quality. Most brands come from Scandinavian countries and that ensures the best materials and structure of their maternity products. The guy who came at our place and build the crib, drawer and chair was very careful and their were zero damage to the \delicate\ wooden floor. Also they have a variety of toys. Especially their teddy bears witch are super soft and fluffy! Thanks a lot for the amazing experience.

i had an amazing experience with Babycity today, i needed a baby cot , they brought it on time, they delivered at my house and the price was the best!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!
All the products are very good quality. We had an issue with one furniture but the baby city assist us immediately and they replaced the product with a new one. We are very happy with the place and we will continue buying everything we need for our children from them - actually we are on our way to the shop now!! Maria thank you once more for your support and your professionalism. We recommend it 100% P.S.: keep in mind that nothing is perfect and an issue can happen at any time to anyone. What matters is how the shops team will react and their ability to solve it on time and with limited interaction of the client. I give 10/10 on them!

Θέλαμε να αγοράσουμε ενα καινούργιο καθισματάκι αυτοκινήτου, καθώς η κόρη μας μεγάλωσε και δεν χωρούσε πια στο παλιό. Λόγω των συνθηκών της πανδημίας, όλα έπρεπε να γίνουν από το τηλέφωνο. Από τη πρώτη κλήση, η συμπεριφορά ήταν απαράδεκτη. Νεύρα και αγανάκτηση (λες και ενοχλούσαμε που καλέσαμε να λάβουμε κάποιες πληροφορίες) και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά ( έλεγαν ότι θα μας καλέσουν και δεν μας έπαιρναν ποτέ με αποτέλεσμα να τους κυνηγάμε εμείς). Από τέλη Ιανουαρίου φτάσαμε τέλη Φλεβάρη, χωρίς καθισματάκι στα χέρια μας. Πάλι η ίδια συμπεριφορά στο τηλέφωνο (αγανάκτηση και νεύρα), το καθισματάκι άφαντο, όπως και εκείνοι, που όταν τους ρωτήσαμε για την παραγγελία μας, είπαν θα μας πάρουν πίσω και ακόμα περιμένουμε.... Δεν θα το σύστηνα πουθενά!
Καταπληκτικό κατάστημα,άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, ποικιλία, ποιότητα και υπεροχοι άνθρωποι πρόθυμοι να σε κατατοπίσουν κ να σε εξυπηρετήσουν είναι αυτά που χαρακτηρίζουν το baby city !
