The store itself is okay. No problems with the staff, delivery or anything related to the shopping process. It dictates a trustworthy shopping experience. But a store that is re-importing, re-selling, and picking its own agenda of products to be sold, with a total disregard to products in high demand or critically acclaimed ones, will never consist anything healthy in a progressive society. I couldn't find a single thing that was fitting my needs in their whole SKU range, as it happens with all those box moving stores lately.

The worst customer experience ever. They are so rude especially the marketing officer..They do have low prices but there are other shops with low prices and good customer experience. Don't recommend them

Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση , ευγενικοί , γρήγοροι , αξιόπιστοι , με μία λέξη σωστοί επαγγελματίες στην κυριολεξία . Αγοράσαμε ενα στεγνωτήριο candy απο το κατάστημα πολύ πιο φτηνά απο οτι το είχαν αλλού και ένα μήνα πρίν τα δύο χρόνια της εγγύησης απλά κάηκε . Η γυναίκα μου πήρε τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα και μέσα σε δύο μέρες το παρέλαβαν ( ο μεταφορέας επίσης ευγενικός , εξυπηρετικός και δεκτικός σε όλα), εν μέσω χριστουγεννιάτικων εορτασμών και υποτιθέμενης πανδημίας με τις ταχυμεταφορές μπλοκαρισμένες και βρισκόμενοι και εκτός Αθήνας . Ευθύς αμέσως και με ιδιαίτερη εκπληξή μας , μας ενημερώσαν πως δεν αξίζει να φτιαχτεί και θα μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα μας πίσω εντός δύο ημερών , όπως και έκαναν . Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα γιατι είστε αποδεδειγμένα για μας πλέον ΑΞΙΟΠΙΣΤΟΙ . Υ.Γ. δεν πήραμε ακόμα στεγνωτήριο , περιμένουμε να φέρεται με τις νέες παραλαβές σας , καλή χρονιά και καλές δουλειές .
