Extremely bad service. Took my watch for a simple battery change and they did not fix the back correctly. I went for a swim and the watch is now not working and damaged. It was a gift from my father worth 200 Euros and the owner of the store refused to help me and offered to return 5 euros I paid for the battery. The worst customer service I have recieved in mytilini. The owner even tried to convince me that I had to specify that the watch is waterproof before the battery repair when on the watch it says its suitable to 200bar. And is for navigation.
