My dislike is related to cancellation procedure. Cancellation is only possible by sending an email and the problem is that they don't return to your email. After re-sending the email, I got an unfriendly reply as if I'm bothering them. Moreover, when I told them to be more kind, I received an even more impolite reply.
The person who answered the call was really rude. I called asking to rent a motorcycle and he behaved like i insulted him. Eventually he told me that they only rent cars. Its like he didn't even want to do business.
Tres bon service, bonne voiture.
