chaos! there was police there all the time, and we inhaled tear gas when there was a small altercation between students and those police troops

It is a wonderful neoclassical building that was built on 1878, but unfortunately it is not in a very good condition. There are graffiti everywhere and many things are broken. Too sad.

Is it still university there? Everywhere is grafitti, it seems to be demolished and not used for a few years. Whats going on there? Really sad view.
