Still waiting for a tracking number for a coat that was purchased 11 days ago.. Shame on you UPDATE: The order was placed, paid and confirmed on December 15th for an item that was marked as readily available on the Funky Buddha site. It took you 9 days to give it to the courier service and 6 days for the courier service to deliver it to Crete, probably due to COVID-19 additional workload. Also your company never sent me a tracking number via e-mail, as your confirmation e-mail claims you would, and you did not reply to phone calls, email and Facebook messages. I finally got the tracking number two days before the package arrived thanks to a good lady at your store in Ermou Street. So no the 1 star review is fair for the online store's customer service.

Πολύ καλό κατάστημα. Ρούχα με πολύ καλή ποιότητα. Και οι άνθρωποι προσπαθούν όσο μπορούν να βοηθάνε. Έχω αγοράσει και θα αγοράσω ξανά σίγουρα.

Έχω επιστρέψει προιόν από 16 Δεκεμβρίου. Δεν έχω λάβει ακόμη την ενημέρωση για πότε θα πιστωθεί το ποσό στην τράπεζα. Έχω καλέσει 4 φορές τηλέφωνο. Μου λένε ότι έχω δίκιο αλλά...Είναι ανακόλουθοι. Σύμφωνα με την πολιτική επιστροφών θα έπρεπε να έχω λάβει ήδη την πίστωση.
