My worst experience with insurance company. Insurance claims are a nightmare. Their internal procedures and bureaucracy reminds me the worst part of our Greek public sector. Avoid them in any cost.

One of the worst insurance companies in Greece. Especially problematic process for motor claims, unfriendly with their customers and claimants, does not participate in the imediate payment system (φιλικός διακανονισμός). In general a very negative experience in dealing with them, since their main goal is not to pay! Overall a second-rated insurance company
