I should have bought a sailboat and we agreed on a price so therefore I ordered a ticket to go there (and this is 3 weeks in the negotiations and price were only down by 2500euro) so I order a ticket to go there 20 min after I got a plane ticket I had a new mail now owner didn't want to sell his boat . BUT THE DAY AFTER IT WAS FOR SALE IN UK AND UT WAS ON BED IN UK . VERY FAST SAILBOAT FROM LEFKA TO LONDON IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS... EXACTLY SAME BOAT WITH SAME PHOTOS . AND THEY SAID COME AND SEE BOAT IS IN LONDON !!!!!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE I HAVE HEARD ABOUT MANY THAT HAD PROBLEMS WITH BOATDEALERS IN GREECE . Be Careful.....
If you’re looking for a broker in Greece, I would definitely recommend NYB Lefkas. We bought our lovely Victoria 34 from and had a great experience. The team kindly showed us around six boats over two days, made good recommendations and helped the deal go through for both parties. Paperwork was swift and before we knew it we had the keys! The boat needed some work doing and the team also recommended a great guy to help get us launched before the season was over. If the time ever came to sell the boat, I’d definitely go back to NYB.
I was very disappointed with this broker we came to Greece to look at a 57 Beneteau. This broker is 4 hours out of Athens we confirm the day before and drove 4 hours to find out that we could not view the boat he could have very easily told us the day before that there was going to be a problem so we didn't have to make the drive And not even a call after I got pissed and left to say anything about the situation would highly recommend you rethink this broker
