Fantastic experience! Parga is a tourist town so we didn't have high expectations, but the food and wine at aegis was simply amazing. Interesting combinations of traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes with novel ingredients - every dish was a joy! We ended up just ordering a bunch of cold and hot starters as they seemed so interesting, and every single one was exceptional. We had a bottle of white from a local Greek grape variety called Debina which was lovely. Going here again tonight.

Not traditional greek food, but very tasty combination of greek choices with modern touches. It is often book over the high season, hence reservation is suggested (couple of hours ago is enough). We tried the lamb and the filled chicken. Both were great choices. It's right on the port. On the minus, it's a bit expensive. Unfortunately I can't really remember the prices, but surely not cheap, but nothing to be scared off by.

Lovely fine dining food and friendly smiling waitress made for a lovely evening, we had the spaghetti carbonara & sea bream but our favourite was the mini tortillas for starter absolutely amazing!

Top quality food in Parga. Its a combination of traditional Greek cuisine with gourmet restaurants. You will enjoy this meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful!! I have enjoyed this evening from the music, to the food and the hospitality of the staff.
