Extremely bad service, extremely bad quality!!! I ordered a beef stake and it was served to me on a plate next to a half eaten pork stake. I asked the waitor to take it back as the plate was either served to somebody else before me who didn't eat the beef stake but prefered a pork one or the cook placed the beef stake on a used plate and didn't notice the half eaten piece in the plate. After some minutes the cook comes out of the kitchen with the plate that was served to me. He started shouting in the tavern trying to conveince me that the half eaten pork is beef which he by himself placed in the plate because the beef stake was small. Me and my sister ended up trying from the bloody half eaten pork to be sure that it is pork!! AND IT WAS!!!! But what made my disappointment much bigger is that neither of the staff or the manager said sorry!!! No apologies, nothing!!! They just made the 60ish years old cook to come out of the kitchen and solve the problem. Ofcourse we paid by cash as POS was \broken\. There was a severe lack of professionalism!!!

Food is above average as well as the price... About 20 per person (with beer, not wine). Sunday noon is very crowded, so be prepared for a lot of noise (although the atmosphere is clean). So if you don't mind the noise and you can afford it, it's a decent choice.

Nice food in reasonable prices but it gets really crowded and that can be sometimes a bit annoying. But to be fair, although it was crowded when we visited the restaurant, service was very polite and quick. They are very professionals. Big pro is the fact that they have a place with toys for children to play and there is a girl to always keep an eye on children. Totally recommended for families with young children

One of the best places to enjoy your food!excellent quality and fair prices! Just be careful of the terrible human being that does the facepainting for kids, as she tends to get mean to them.

I've always been hesitant to try Mac n cheese restaurants because I never saw mac n cheese as an entree, always as a side. Boy am I glad I tried MAC'd! We visited during their soft opening (grand opening is today, July 14) and were able to try a few dishes. The idea behind MAC'D is a Chipotle-style customization for your mac n cheese dish. You first choose your cheese sauce and then you can add different kinds of toppings like lobster or tri-tip (for extra fees), veggies, sauce, etc. Keep in mind you just order at the register and decide there. It's not like you follow a worker down the line and choose what you want like Chipotle. The workers will call your name when your order is ready.
