Catering at home office babtism anything that you can possibly want. I used them the first time for my daughters birthday party. We ordered 10 different items such as mini hamburgers..hotdogs..mini chicken souvlaki..croisant with chicken bacon..bomba with ham and cheese/mayonaise..chicken nuggets..meatball cheese tomato souvlaki..cheese pie and a spinach pie to die for..just like mom used to make handmade fyllo....Everyone enjoyed the delicious food...2nd time i added to the menu salads that were fresh and the dressing was sent on the side to pour right before so it stays fresh..i also orderef spaggetti and pennes with tomato feta and the pennes with a fantastic pesto sause....I decided the other day to host a halloween party for my daughter and classmates...they were extatic the food was top as usual...and the bedt thing is they come in beautiful plastic plateau with plastic covers that dont spill and you can put them on your buffet just as they are...they are decorated with lettuce and mini cherry tomatoes...you dont have to use your platters theirs are beautiful and reuseable if hou wash them..or just throw them out and no dishes to do...
