Everything's good. Nice medical personnel. There is a cafeteria where you can rest for a while. It is a modern building with clean spaces covered in granite and other stones (mostly grey and white colours). Large parking space (although sometimes is difficult to find a free spot). There are green areas, too.

This is a serious hospital with super modern facilities and specialists in every field. For the record I was not hospitalized here but needed to see a specialist same day and have a lab test done while in Thessaloniki. The whole process was handled extremely smoothly by their international patients department that set up a consultation with me and I saw a doctor when I wanted and had lab test results within 2 hours. My appointment was schedule for 2, arrived at 12:45, saw a doctor at 1. Left at 1230 and had lab test results at 3. That is quite impressive by any standards. I visited another international hospital in Athens and this one seems far more professional and better managed. Update. I had to be hospitalized here for one night and the doctors and staff are amazing. Facilities are fantastic. You have good food 24 hour cafe with espresso and alcohol and if you are lucky you get a room with a view of the sea and sunsets. Nobody likes to stay in a hospital but if you have to, come here. You will be extremely well taken care of.
Excellent hospital and service. New Flo Cafe inside hospital is very cozy and can enjoy flavor coffee . There are also yummy cakes.
Good doctors, very friendly medical and paramedical staff. Great provision of medical services. In addition to that, very good accommodation and catering for the patients.
Disrespectful reception from the people at endoscopy. Good infrastructure and experienced doctors raised my rating.
Review for non-clinical services (admin, consent, lab examinations etc but not surgery for instance). And they are absolutely disgraceful. Arrogance and zero quality. You pay \luxury\ public spaces, examinations and procedures with overpriced tariffs to receive mediocre disappointing services. Inappropriate consent procedures (not actual consent), long waiting hours, no provision of information whatsoever, patients treated like sheeps lost in a wolf's cave.
