I put initially 3 stars as my experience in the shop and the cake I got was mediocre. But although in the shop i was asked to pay for a cake i was not even shown, i was however assaulted on instagram with post-purchase questions after i rated this premium priced bakery with a 3 stars review, without providing an explanation. So here it comes: 1. If you dare to think of yourself so high that you charge without showing the product I am paying for, think again. 2. If you think bullying into giving high star rating will help you charge higher amounts, think again. 3. If you think in this business the devil is not in the details, think again. 4. If you think because i am not a friend, or a relative you can charge on mediocre quality, think again. 5. For me not asking everyone who has the same opinion on the cake you gave us to rate you with 1 star, thank me later. 6. I never got a reply on why my elephant on the cake was made only from the front, and why his eye was cheaply made with a black marker, and why he looked more like a pig than an elephant...but i guess being half good is good enough and it fits the fake social media profile you go for! 7. Next time don't be so busy asking your customer to give you a feedback on the cake, and don't be busier sticking promotional materials on the box rather than interacting. But again, you are way too premium to waste time! So for the time i lost to write this as it could be avoided with good customer service and an apology, you are left with 2 stars. What a shame!

Simply the best bakery in Thessaloniki. There is nothing that Pepi cannot do. From beautiful cakes, to a variety of delicious desserts. My personal favorite the red velvet cake with a cheesecake cream!!! And the carrot cake! And the cake with strawberries and shampagne!! And her cookies!! Actually everything Pepi makes is my favorite, so 5 stars are simply not enough!!

My son was turning fifteen (15) and we couldn't be together for the first time, to celebrate his birthday. I wanted to at least get him a cake, so I checked the Internet to find a bakery close to his dormitory, one that offers online services and would deliver his cake to him. I found Pepi Beza Boutique with a website that is very easy to use, offering all the services I was looking for and more. The cake choices are amazing. I called to confirm pick up date, time etc and the customer service was friendly and very helpful. I later got a call from Ilias, he went above and beyond, gave me expert advice on decorations and he even opened the store to accommodate a Sunday pick up request. In the end, Ilias offered to deliver the cake personally, to make it easier for my son. I ordered the Rainbow Pinata Cake and the red velvet cake, they were both a hit with the teens and as my son said \ they were off the charts and were finished within minutes\. Illias, you are a true professional and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will be visiting soon, thank you for all your help.
