Yesterday we returned from our trip to Greece. While staying in Athens we used this specific taxi service company every day. And we didn't face any problem. The employees in the call center that manage company's e-mail were very helpful, always polite and once we needed to call the company they spoke to us and explained everything and we asked extra information for recommended restos and tavernas and they also guided us. The drivers were also very polite and almost always on time, which was fine because there was so much traffic on the roads due to the strikes. We would tottaly recommend this specific taxi service company to anyone visit Athens in the future!

Booked hours ago. The taxi was 10 minutes late and the driver did not even apologised. The operator was rude and gave excuses.
Όλοι οι οδηγοί επαγγελματίες! Μάλιστα ο οδηγός με το όχημα 261 πολύ ευγενικός και άψογος επαγγελματίας! Μακάρι όλοι οι οδηγοί ταξί να ήταν έτσι!
Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση πολύ ευγενικοί οι οδηγοί και οι κοπέλες στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.
Εξαιρετικοί σε όλα τους. Μετέφεραν εμένα και το κατοικίδιο μου στον προορισμό μας χωρίς το παραμικρό πρόβλημα. Τους προτίμησα και στην επιστροφή και απο τη στιγμή που τηλεφώνησα, ήταν μαζί μας σε 5 λεπτά. Δεν χρέωσαν για το σκύλο μου τίποτα επιπλέον, Θα ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω τις υπηρεσίες τους και τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Για πληρωμή με κάρτα δεν μου έκλειναν ταξί εκείνη την ωρα.. έπρεπε να παρω 10 λεπτά πριν την ώρα που το θελω..τραγικοί απλά..
