I was in Rockwell today to find myself a new chef's knife. After searching everywhere I could think of and find in the Northern Suburbs, I found that Rockwell was the only place with actual high-end knives. I walked away with an absolutely stunning Japanese chef's knife that was exactly what I was looking for. I asked the shop keep for a few specific items I was looking for; VG-10 steel, Damascus, wooden handle, unique finish. He showed me multiple that were the exact right fit and I left with what I think was the nicest of the bunch. Sorry I forgot his name, but he was great, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I will be back to buy many more from this set and likely a few other items as well. Highly recommend for any discerning knife buyer.
