My wife sailed over to Rhodes Greece to buy our Christmas treats. she walked to the store, only to find the store closed. she rang me, to which I checked on line to see if the store was open, to which it stated it was. I tried the Greek help line number, and received an unobtainable sound. I tried the Uk help line number, and no one picked up. I email the Lidls Greece. and received a complete white wash, and complete nonsense response. I email head office who directed me back to the Greek office, and once again total nonsense.. The customer service is very poor, with incompetence staff. (14/12/2019)
