Amazing hotel very luxurious with amazing friendly stuff and lots af amenities plus spa hair salon etc

A very cool stay. Hotel has many amenities and runs daily events incl. options for kids. Panoramic view rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Dinner restaurants were amazing and staff top notch. On the contrary breakfast experience is not on par - very overrun and lacking options for a 5* resort. Housekeeping could be improved too. Amazing message offer though. Overall though happy with the stay - was very relaxing and would return.
OK, the wonderful weather in October has impacted positively on this review but from beginning to end the experience had been a joy. A fully inclusive package also helped to make the stay relaxing but, most of all, the hard working staff made the greatest impact (TIP: Just a few polite words in Greek is rewarded with the broadest smiles). Still smart but with an end of season patina, every area and every facility was classy and neat but fell just short of pristine and that too helped to create an easy going backdrop to every activity or, come to that, doing nothing at all. The city of Rhodes is very close, the airport a little further in the opposite direction - more convenience. Three pools and a beach top it off. We'll be back.
Amazing view but you must pay for it extra. Cleaning service every 3 days - they don't give water and cleaning itself is not the best Food is everyday the same. Exactly the same. Once we had 4 different types of potatoes but they didn't wanna try something new. We were there last week so it was quiet - nothing was going on and evenings it was just boring and dead. Lifts are terrible. Not sure if they are save anymore. 3 stars for service as people were absolutely amazing they saved this hotel because differently I would say it is max 3 stars which needs immediate renovation.

If you favour a high class resort, there's not so many options in Rhodes to begin with. Sheraton is definitely one of the better ones, and will be my choice of accommodation for every subsequent visit to the island. The whole complex is rather dated, as are some of the room amenities, but a renovation was in process during my stay and according to other reviewers, seems to be almost finished by now. The staff is always helpful and friendly if something is amiss, so no worries. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with balconies and/or views of the ocean give a nice vacation vibe, the pool areas with lots of sun, shade and tiki style bars are beautiful, and the restaurants are at least satisfactory. There's better food options on the island, and going there by taxi is very easy and convenient. The gym is surprisingly large and well equipped, and the small grocery store allows for getting snacks and drinks at almost any time of the day or night, for those times where you just want to relax on your balcony with a beer, watching the sun set over the ocean. It's brilliant, and all that for a very reasonable price to boot.
Reception staff friendly and very helpful good pool clean. Bar staff needs to be trained in customer service and manners
Beautiful location, and restaurant on the pool over looking the ocean easy access to the local places of interest - I was concerned it was to far out but it’s not cheap cab ride to the old town. Enjoy the roof bar at sunset
