I was there today. It is by far the best coffee I had in town. The guy who makes the coffee does it with so much passion and perfection. I am a regular customer from now on. Keep up the perfect job.
Two Kostas- Barista and Owner are just amazing guys. Super friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about coffee. As I am also interested in coffee, I had a very pleasant time talking to the owner about coffee and all of the processes from farming to roasting. This place will stay in my mind with its quality for sure even though I have a very poor memory capacity. I forget names very easily but I definitely will remember the taste and smell of their beautifully roasted coffee. The filter coffee that I tried was Rwanda and it was trully unique and had super clean taste with a balanced amount of acidity. Kosta - the owner suggested me their espresso as well even though I stopped drinking espresso after unpleasant taste experiences from other roasters. In fact the espresso I tried was very unique and mind-blowing. I could still taste the beautifully balanced acidity in my mouth after 4 hours. They will probably be the reason for me start giving a 2nd chance to espresso again.Even tho they told me its origin, I can't remember where it was from but ask their suggestions. Overall unique and very pleasant coffee experience. In my opinion, this is the best roaster&cafe in Athens.
