Excellent store to stop by before leaving Mykonos. Great selection of gifts to bring home. Everything from Olive Oil, cheese, wine, and spices. Friendly shopping atmosphere.
Great place to buy local products as souvenirs
instead of spending money at the expensive tourist trap sunset restaurants on the water my wife and I decided to grab a bottle of wine and cheese and enjoy the sunset from our balcony. The women provided us with some great wine and cheese choices and surprised us with some Greek oil and oregano to mix with some olives. id recommend avoiding the tourist traps and stopping in and spending your money here.
Very unprofessional, after opening a (already opened) bottle of expensive olive oil, to smell if its really worth the 95 , the seller freaks out, telling me that i can't open the bottle and he is unable to sell it now. Offered him to buy the bottle as this was such a problem, but instead he insists to keep it and pay the bottle by himself. As I'm just one of 2 million clients passing by this store it makes no difference if I would buy the bottle or not. Arrogant, childish behavior, and as I'm not normally the one to write a bad recommendation can't support something like this... (by the way, the bottle took again place on its selling position after leaving the store)
They have a very good selection of food products!
There is absolutely nothing even remotely reminiscent of grocery store, but is still being marketed and shown as one. You can buy a very weak selection of beverage in cans (they got it cooled, so that's a plus), some alcoholic beverage in glass, even some light food, but the price is not very friendly compared to the stores and markets in the neighborhood. I think there were souvenirs to buy, though. If you are looking for a grocery store, this is not really a one.
