Money over empathy. I had a 4 year old who wanted to pee and we had to buy tickets for the ferry. I said that we wanted to buy tickets and if we could use their bathroom first, for the toddler. The woman at the desk said yes, but let's sort the tickets first. In the meantime my little girl was holding badly. At the end I asked, now can we go to your bathroom. She said no, we don't have. Public toilets at gate 8.
