Mój młynek Traditional brass coffee mill Alexander No 5 mieli kawę bardzo dobrze, ustawienia grubości mielenia działają dobrze. Młynek ma niestety wady w zdobieniach na obudowie. Nie spodziewałem się tego po firmie, która na swojej stronie pisze: "(...)a single but solid objective, the production of high quality mills." "(...)departments fully specialized such as manufacturing, quality control(...)" "(...)due to the high quality of the products, show great appreciation in the BRASS PEPPER MILL products." W odpowiedzi na moje pytanie producent odpowiedział „The problem you are refering to is not considered a problem. It's the way the mills are engraved and it's sth normal.” Załączam zdjęcia. Nie jest to wada wpływająca na działanie młynka.
