As I have experienced it so far, STORM is a multidimensional yet simple to learn self defense system, coupled with a personalized strength and conditioning program. Taught in a clean, friendly, safe and mature environment by Mr. Vasilis Stamatiou. I would definitely recommend it to anyone regardless their age, conditioning and martial arts experience.
