Suzuki tried to charge me 60 Euro for a whole new rear view mirror because two little plastic pieces were broken (one pictured below and the other the exact same!). The mirror was in perfect condition and I was just meant to throw it in the bin to add to the mountain of discarded rubbish on this planet. Also, I note it is 'Suzuki service' because it most certainly is not 'customer service'! I fixed it myself with two plastic singer sewing machine spools which fit perfectly! They should hang their heads in shame! If this happens to anyone else please PM me and I'll explain how I did it - save yourself 60 Euro from Suzuki!
