Very tasty meals, huge portions, friendly owner. One of our favorite places in Kalamaki.
Great food! We had an appetizer - stuffed wine leaves and grilled feta, after which we tried chicken on spit and lamb on spit and everything was absolutely delicious. Wine and water along. Everything was 34.5 euros and at the end we had, on their behalf, watermelon and raki. This place got on my husband's list of memorable places to eat, and he has a quite short list :D
Very nice local restaurant. If you like grilled / smoked meat, this is a must. We had chicken and pork from the "streetgrill". It has been grilled (slow grilled) in wood fire (not just char coal). Its "dark" grilled, very tasty, best I ever had.
Very good food and extremely friendly, really nice people. Diogenes is the fastest waiter of all of Crete! I liked it that also local people were also sitting there. Very good value for money. We loved the stuffed wine leaves, the eggplant bowls and the greek salad.

Από που να ξεκινήσω.. Η ταβέρνα εξαιρετική πολύ ωραία προσεγμένη παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα Όχι η παραδοσιακή τουριστική...παραδοσιακή τοπική ΚΡΗΤΙΚΗ ταβερνα μπράβο πολύ όμορφη. Η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή και γρήγοροι και ευχάριστοι άνθρωποι πολύ συμπαντικό !! Και το κυριότερο και σημαντικότερο όλων πολύ πολύ ωραίο φαγητό τόσο νόστιμο και ζουμερό γευστικό κοτόπουλο σούβλας δεν έχω φάει λες και ήταν μπέικον τόσο γευστικό με συνεπήρε τόσο η γεύση του που ξέχασα να βγάλω φωτογραφία να το μοιραστώ μαζί σας... Δεν έχω λόγια..! Μπράβο σας!!! Και οι τιμές κανονικές και οχι τουριστικές !! ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΟΎΜΕ
