Authentic local Greek tavern, we had dinner here once and drinks on the previous day. Both times the staff were friendly in a small village way, they were genuine. We were basically the only people eating but it felt comfortable, even cosy. Looking over the green hills and village, under the shade of hanging grapevines. The menu list is small, it's meaty and grilled, with vegetables and chips, nothing fancy, they've done this thousand of times before, that's why it's always tasty. The same old villagers hang out here daily, not surprisingly it's the only tavern in the village, sitting quietly, watching the new visitors making some noise. My one year old spontaneously toddled over to one of the old men and gave him a hug, normally he never does that to anyone, so I thought the guy must be alright. Apparently they have music and dancing on Wednesday nights, the weeks biggest party. Sorry to have missed it but who knows, next time....
Best lamb chops in Lefkada! Everything is superb! And the price is unbeatable!! Strongly recommended!!
